Understanding Product Types

There are currently 3 different product types on AmuseTix which we will explain in more detail below.
Game Based
The first product type we have is game based products. These products are where a guest can select a set amount of games to play.
This can be restricted from a minimum amount and maximum amount of games. You are then required to set the amount of minutes that each guest should take per game played.
For example if we had this set at 15 minutes, one guest booking one game would take 15 minutes, two guests with one game would take 30 minutes. Then, one guest at two games would take 30 minutes and two guests at two games would take 60 minutes.
Lastly, you are then able to add additional minutes per booking. This is to account for any extra time such as, ordering food and drink during a game.
Minute Based
The next product type we have is minute based products. These products are where a guest can purchase a fixed amount of minutes for a product. You can set the minute increments a guest can choose from by selecting a minimum amount of minutes that can be booked. For example setting the minimum minutes to 15, guests can book in chunks of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes etc.. until your maximum allowed.
As with game based products, you are then able to add additional minutes per booking. This is to account for any extra time such as, ordering food and drink during a game.
Physical
Lastly we have physical products, these are typically represented as passes or on-site meals. Guests can purchase these between the opening times you have selected for the venue and a report of all physical products can be found either when searching through bookings, or by generating a report under the System tab, then Reporting, and finally selecting the Physical Bookings report. You can then set the filters as required.
