Setting Product Opening Times

Setting product opening times is required to be able to make bookings onto a product. Opening times can only be added once a product has been created.

Opening times per product are helpful to allow you to only sell certain products during specific times, if only your bowling alleys are open and not your crazy golf section of your venue is open.

Once you are on the product edit page, you will need to set the year to the year you would like to set the opening times for. Them, select Add Opening Time. You will then be given some opening time options which we will go into below:

The first is Opening Time Type. A price can either be a Base or a Conditioned price.

- A base opening time is the default opening times if no conditions are set, this is the opening times that will always be used for the year.

- A conditioned opening times allows for specific days, dates and/or months to be set to then set opening times for that product and always overrides the base opening times.

Next you will see Year, this is the year for the opening times to be set to.

Then you will see a Time for venue field. Here you can specify which venues you would like this opening time rule to apply to, allowing you to use the same opening times across multiple venues or to separate them out.

If you have selected Conditioned opening times you will be able to now select which month and days the opening times should apply to.

Lastly, you will then be prompted to enter the opening and closing time for a product. To mark a product as closed on a specific day you will just need to set the opening and closing times to the same values, typically 12:00am.
