Setting Product Pricing

Setting product pricing is required to be able to make bookings onto a product. Pricing can only be added once a product has been created.
Once you are on the product edit page, you will need to set the year to the year you would like to set the prices for. Them, select Add Price. You will then be given some pricing options which we will go into below:
The first is Pricing Type. A price can either be a Base or a Conditioned price.
- A base price is the default price if no conditions are set, this is the price that will always be used for the year.
- A conditioned price allows for specific days and months to be set to then set a price for that product and always overrides the base price.
Next you will see Year, this is the year for the price to be set to.
Then you will see a Price for venue field. Here you can specify which venues you would like this pricing rule to apply to, allowing you to use the same price across multiple venues or to separate them out.
The Fix price regardless field allows you to sell a product at a fixed price. For example, you are able to sell bowling (regardless of amount of games) for a set price. This is helpful when having special deals on products for specific days.
If you have selected a Conditioned price you will be able to now select which month and days the price should apply to.
Lastly, you will then be prompted to enter the price for Adults and a Child plus also if only a deposit is required at the time of booking instead of the full amount. This is up to yourself to define the age ranges for an Adult and Child.
