Setting up a custom domain

To connect your custom domain to your booking system, you will need to select Settings, then General, in the top navigation.

Scroll down to System Domain form where you will see a Sub-Domain and CNAME form. Simply enter the custom domain you would like to use in the CNAME form and press save. This tells AmuseTix to allow users to access the system on the domain you entered.

Lastly, you will need to point your custom domain to AmuseTix by creating a CNAME record with where you manage your domain settings. Your record will need to be the same as the value entered in AmuseTix pointing to your system's Sub-Domain.

For example, if we have a booking system running on mysystem.amusetix.com and we wanted to use book.mysystem.com instead. We would enter book.mysystem.com into the CNAME field on AmuseTix. Then we would go to our domain settings and enter book.mysystem.com into the name field and mysystem.amusetix.com into the target field.
